SHIPPING
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First
Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special
Delivery Insured Service or by Parcel Force delivery
depending on size or weight or both.Except for First
Class, all goods require a signature on delivery.
Packing and postal cost will be
specified at the time of order either via e-mail or
phone call.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event of you
receiving a faulty OR incorrect item, please contact us
directly FIRST by e-mail or telephone (0191 2363200) in
case the issue can be resolved. We will then determine
the best course of action in order to remedy the
situation.
In the event that you have received an
incorrect item or that item is not suitable then it must
be returned to us untouched in its ORIGINAL packaging
complete with any instructions etc. within 7 days of
receipt quoting date of purchase. Refunds or Replacement
items will not be dispatched until the returned goods
have been received. If any product is returned to us as
defective and found NOT to be defective, a charge may be
made for the return postage to the customer.
However if the goods have been damaged
as a direct result of misuse such as overloading,
reverse connection , wrongly charged etc, a refund or
replacement will not be issued.
You are responsible for ensuring the
goods are returned safely to us, so we recommend sending
any parcels by 1st class recorded post (this includes up
to £32 insurance) or by Special Delivery if the goods
are valued between £32 and £500. We cannot be held
liable for goods lost in transit from you to us.
Note
We regret that Concept models do not
offer our own warranty on lithium polymer batteries. It
is the customer's responsibility before charging to
check that the terminal voltage of the battery exceeds
2.5V per cell. For this reason we strongly advise the
use of suitable charging / balancing equipment. Any pack
which does not meet this requirement should NOT be
charged , but be returned to us within 7 days of
purchase. We will contact suppliers on your behalf to
assist with any claim regarding defective products. Cost
of postage back to the supplier from Concept Models will
be paid by us. The user should be fully aware of the
necessary procedures and precautions to be observed when
using lithium batteries.
There is absolutely no warranty for
any lithium polymer pack once it has been connected to a
charger if the above conditions have not been observed..
