We send items via Royal Mail up to value £46 by 1st Class mail at cost.

For goods valued over £46 we use SPECIAL DELIVERY or PARCEL POST for security, at cost.

Overseas shipping available at cost, please contact us for a full price.

     Returns

All returns to be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, verified were possible by dated payment record or delivery date. Returns should only be made after contacting us with a description of the problem. We will advise which items to return ( this may include other components and associated wiring and connections which could cause the problem) We can not be held responsible for loss in shipping, (customer should arrange suitable insured delivery). Please read the specification of items on this website prior to purchase to confirm the item meets your requirements, we reserve the right to not refund postage costs .

 Items returned with prior notification will be inspected and replaced as required (Postage refund or credit will be at our discretion after inspection). We reserve the right to charge a handling / inspection charge if no fault is found or items are returned without prior notice.. All products must be in new and unused condition to be considered for return. Please see our specific return info relating to LiPo batteries.

Unassembled Kits
Concept Models can not guarantee manufacturing defects in unassembled kits which we have supplied. Issues of this nature should be directed to the manufacturer of the kit. However we will assist with any issues at our discretion. This assistance does not cover incorrect application, incorrect installation, components worn by use, tampering, misuse or shipping. Since we have no control over  final assembly of a kit, no liability shall be assumed or accepted by Concept Models for any damage or injury resulting from the use by the user of the user-assembled product. 

Concept Models strongly recommend customers join the British Model Flying Association ( to obtain third party insurance) and seek help from a local model club prior to operating or flying any model aircraft.

Electronics
 Electronic components we sell are manufactured by companies other than Concept Models, we will provide a liason service with respect to any item deemed to be faulty and reserve the right to replace or seek replacement from the supplier at our discretion. 

Concept Models Li-po Warranty / Returns.    

 As charging, use and care of battery packs is the responsibility of the user we recommend you should read and observe the guidelines on our website. Please also note the following conditions relating to any claim for faulty battery packs.

We check your battery for ‘Under Voltage’ and internal resitance prior to shipping or sale. You can only make a claim for 'Under voltage' the same day the parcel arrives and prior to the battery being charged or cycled. 'Under Voltage' means that 1 or more of the cells in you pack has a voltage lower than 3v per cell.

After the battery has been cycled or used, no claim for 'under voltage' can be made.

We can not replace batteries whose connectors have been removed, soldered or otherwise changed. Once you do this we cannot return the battery to our suppliers, so please, check your battery with the original connections intact and in their original state.

We do not replace batteries which show any sign of burning on the connectors or balance plug. All batteries are checked prior to shipping, if a short on the balance connector was to happen, it would happen prior to shipping. Burnt batteries are also impossible to examine, therefore they are not warranted.

We do not warrant crash damage or mis handling of any kind. If your pack shows signs of an impact or trauma, we will not replace it.

Never disassemble your pack. Regardless of your skill level, expertise or qualifications. We will never replace a disassembled or 'inspected' pack.

Rapid Capacity Loss. Should your pack fall well short of it's stated capacity, please indicate to us how you achieved the capacity claim. We will test packs for charge and discharge values. Should the battery have severe capacity loss, we will test each cell for maximum and minimum voltage charge. This can indicate to us if the pack has been over-discharged. Packs which are over-discharged (incorrectly set ESC) will not be replaced.

Packs which have a cell voltage difference of less than 0.245v per cell cannot be replaced. Please balance charge your battery if the cells appear to be unbalanced.

                                                    
Repairs 
We do not offer a repair service but may offer workshop assistance at our discretion and at customer cost. Please contact us prior to sending any item. postage cost and labour cost ( £15.00 / Hr) will be charged at our discretion

Refunds 
If a refund needs to be issued, we will do so via the payment method originally used. Refunds will be less all shipping and handling charges.  Refunds will only be issued in compliance with the above conditions.
